Shipments are insured or otherwise guaranteed. If damaged, a repair quote may be required to file claim. If total loss, a replacement will be sent.

Shipping Damage

Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us and we will try to make it right.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted; however, the refund upon cancellation will be pro-rated based on the progress of work (i.e. next day cancellation will refund 95%; 2 weeks into a build will refund 60%).

Product Variables
Please note that this is a handmade item that may have natural flaws and/or minor defects. Wood is a natural material that changes over time. Most woods will change color as they age.
